Directions
Take two or three tablets per day with your main meal. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Wellman HAIRFOLLIC can be continued for as long as required. As with other supplements, seek professional advice before using if you suffer from food allergies. Food supplements must not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This product contains iron which if taken in excess may be harmful to young children. A general multivitamin and mineral supplement is not necessary in addition to Wellman HAIRFOLLIC. Not to be taken on an empty stomach.
