Directions
Take one tablet per day with your main meal. Not to be chewed. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink. Do not exceed recommended intake. Wellman Sport can be continued for as long as required. As with other supplements, seek professional advice before using if you suffer from food allergies. Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not to be taken on an empty stomach.
